Can anyone tell me the pinout of the wiper switch? It does not seem to match my manual.

Guys,
I'm thinking of what new wheels to put on this '68 Newport convertible I'm bringing back to life. Don't think I can go with the stock 14 inchers and battered caps with the broken centers (one even has a peice of black painted plywood wedged in the center!)
However I like the Magnum 500s and white letter tyres that are on the 300s (Gene!) and think it would also look well with a set of polished Torq Thrusts - maybe even in 17 inches and 40 series tyres

A couple of years ago i'd posted some information on the slab side Stageway limousines. I've seen various photos of the '65 through '70 modela and have a few brochures on them, but have never seen the real goods. I'd be curious to hear if any of the members either have one of the Stageways, ( of any year ) in particular a '65 -68 slab side.

anybody have a spare bulkhead connector? all the ones on ebay are wrong and i cant seem to dig one up otherwise. if you own a 69 up c body you know they're not at all like the 68 and down type. mine has 2 small connectors and 3 long connectors and the fuse block snaps onto its back. the diodes in my alternator failed and the fusiable link failed as well which burned the wire from the alternator to the ammeter and put a hole in my bulkhead. years ago i bought a box of nos harness wires so...

I will probably be putting a fresh 440 Motor and Trans in the car come March or so. I have the choice of the Edelbrock 750 or the 780 Holley Performer both of which I already have. People have said the holley has better throttle responce but the EB has run very well. What are you guys running?

I was recently trudging through a old car junkyard in Northeast Penna. on Monday and came across a fullsize Plymouth S/23. I never realized how rare these cars were til I checked a website. Although it's pretty rusted, there seems to be alot of good useful parts on it left. It had covered headlights and "360" call-out emblems on the hood. They are winding down for sure but today was 80 degree's so I went out for a short cruise topped the tank off. While I was coming back to the car a guy was looking it over and said to me 69.. I was in Nam in 69 getting shot at. I was happy to get back I said to him I guess you were happy I would be. I thought about it afterwards I should have said thanks for going over there and serving as well. They were drafted in those days.

Going to look at a '68 Newport 'vert tomorrow (early!!) for a buddy interested in a winter project. It's is described as solid but rough. It looked like it had a few dings and the lower quarters were gfoing but the floors looked solid enough.
It has a knocking 440and a bent front bumper but interior is good (although not brilliant) glass and most trim good. Needs a new carpet but I think that's the least of its worries! It has a manual top and manual windows which I...

I assembled the seat backs and headrests, installed the passenger's seat and installed the kick panels. It doesn't look like it but it was a lot of work. Those seats are heavy!
