This link is to a cold air kit for carburetor engine. This may fit under the hood. I find it a little to expensive but I wonder if it would do
any good. Imagine the look on people's face's when they see it.

Interesting....I think unless those are hooked to twin turbos it's a waste of time.
I'll take a 68 Dual snorkle air cleaner in black crinkle over that anyday....

Spectre also sells the parts separately to make a DIY system. If the battery was relocated to the trunk, one could cut holes for the ducts and put the filters
ahead of the rad support. That ought to provide some minor benefit, and at speed it would produce a ram-air effect because that's an area of high air
pressure. I thought about doing this with my hardtop since I don't care about underhood originality on that car.

they have a very nice setup now where in you can remove your high beams install spectres cones and tubing up to a very tasteful air cleaner and you have a
very clean and proper looking ram air set up that will clear your hood. they sell it as a set or by piece

the set in question was just released this year and looks proper for a vintage car. think w-30 with out the price tag |
