I have 2 73' Dodge Polara's. One is a 400 powered Polara Custom and the other is a former NCSHP car. When I swapped my steering gear box for a
remanufactured Firm Feel Stage I unit in Jan I figured it was a good time to rebuild the pot coupling and replace the disintegrated rubber coupling. When I
looked at my NCSHP car I noticed that rather than the rubber coupling it had 2 pot style couplings. My first thoughts were that someone had modified the car
but today I happened to find another 73' NCSHP Polara and it had the dual pot coupling set up. What's the reason behind this?
