Well that does not seem right. Somebody mentioned something to me at a show about adjusting my torsion bars and putting on something call a shackle flip kit.

Yes you can crank the torsion bars down till it bottoms out on the bump stops but the front wheels get way tipped out, I'm not sure if you could have it
aligned out of it. On the back I believe you can get an inch or so by flipping the front leaf mount over, but the mounting holes are offset when you flip them,
also by doing this you will change the pinion angle. hope this answered your question.

If you want to lower the car you can always get the lower profile tires there is a big side wall on most to the standard tires we run. Your ride quality will suffer as the low profile tires are hard. |

You can lower it probably and inch or two without affecting your ride too much...any more on the torsion bars you will be eating tires and loosing ride
quality.
As for the rear your better off picking up lowering blocks for the rear axle. They mount under the spring perches and come in lots of sizes...1, 2, 3, 4 inches etc.

The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory. |

You could be adding much wear on the suspension components. IMHO.
